Keke – ADOPTED

Keke is a sweet young Lop-Eared bunny that was dumped in the street when someone didn’t want her anymore, and instead of taking her to a shelter, they just turned her loose to fend for herself. (this is the equivalent of leaving a human 2 year old on the freeway and telling it to “watch for cars”).  She was bonded with Pearl but as they aged they no longer wanted to live together.  She has been spayed which has greatly improved her litter skills.  Keke is a little shy but will take treats from your hand.  She gets along well with cats.  Keke does not enjoy being picked up, but in time, would more than likely warm up to the idea as she bonds with her new parents.  She likes to chew on cardboard boxes and sleeps inside of them.  Since she used to be with Pearl, we are sure she would like a male companion to live a long and happy life with.  If you are interested in adopting Keke, please contact the Missouri House Rabbit Society in Kansas City.
