Marcie is about a year old spayed female Himalayan rabbit.  She was purchased from a meat-rabbit seller.  This caring person could not stand to see her sold and eaten by someone.  She has adjusted to life indoors very well and is active and curious.  As soon as you walk into her room she stretches up on her hind feet to see if you’ve brought her a treat!  She is gentle and easy to pick up although she is a little shy at first.  So far she does not like loud noises but is getting used to them.  Once she gets to know and trust you, she will take all the petting you have to give.  She would love to find a neutered male bunny to live out her life with.  If you would like to adopt Marcie, please contact the Missouri House Rabbit Society of Kansas City.
